Simply.Coach Pricing Breakdown:
Solopreneur to University Tiers Explained

Executive Briefing

Simply.Coach runs two pricing ladders, not one. Solo coaches pick from four flat-fee tiers between $9 and $69 a month, capped by how many individuals they coach. Teams, corporate L&D programs and universities move through a separate business ladder priced per coach, from $79 a month up to custom Enterprise pricing.

Bottom Line: The cheapest business tier costs more per client than the most expensive solo tier. That gap is the whole story once you're deciding which ladder actually fits your practice.

Key Metric: Simply.Coach's Growth tier runs about $1.63 per client per month at full capacity. Its CoCreate business tier runs about $7.90 per client per month (simply.coach/pricing-for-solopreneurs, simply.coach/pricing-for-businesses, August 2026).

Simply.Coach Pricing at a Glance

Simply.Coach runs two separate pricing ladders, not one. A solopreneur track covers coaches working alone or with a couple of contractors. A business track covers teams, corporate L&D departments and university coaching programs.

Both ladders share the same underlying platform. They just charge for it differently.

The solopreneur ladder is flat-fee-by-capacity. You pick a tier based on how many individuals you're coaching. The price stays fixed no matter how many sessions you run inside that cap. The business ladder is priced per active coach.

Each tier is defined by how many clients that coach can carry and how much team infrastructure comes bundled in.

Neither ladder has a permanent free plan. Every tier, solo or business, starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required. That matters because it means you can actually test the client experience, not just read a features page. Your card is never asked for until you decide.

The gap between the two ladders is bigger than it looks at first glance. A solo coach at the top of the solopreneur ladder pays $69 a month for unlimited clients. A single coach on the cheapest business tier pays $79 a month per coach, and that price only covers 10 clients.

The business tiers aren't a scaled-up version of the solo tiers. They're a different product built for a different buyer. The business tiers carry program management, sponsor visibility and compliance features solo coaches don't need.

Solopreneur Tiers Explained: Starter to Leap

Simply.Coach's four solopreneur tiers run Starter, Essentials, Growth and Leap, priced from $9 to $69 a month. Each tier raises the cap on how many individuals you can coach at once. Each one also adds a specific set of features rather than a vague upgrade.

Simply.Coach Solopreneur Tiers (August 2026)
Tier Price Client Cap Key Features
Starter $9/mo Up to 3 individuals 1:1 & group coaching, calendar booking, survey forms, 1 contract/program
Essentials $29/mo Up to 7 individuals Everything in Starter, plus 3 contracts/programs
Growth (Recommended) $49/mo Up to 30 individuals Multiple calendars, recurring sessions, custom logo, 10 contracts/programs, free onboarding
Leap $69/mo Unlimited individuals Whitelabeled platform, custom domain, unlimited contracts/programs, free onboarding

Starter costs $9 a month and covers up to 3 individuals. You get 1:1 and group coaching, calendar booking pages, survey forms and one contract or program template. It's built for someone testing whether coaching software is even worth paying for.

Essentials costs $29 a month and raises the ceiling to 7 individuals, with 3 contracts or programs instead of one. Everything in Starter carries over. This is the tier most solo coaches with an early but real caseload land on.

Growth costs $49 a month and is the plan Simply.Coach itself flags as recommended. It covers up to 30 individuals, adds multiple calendar connections, recurring sessions, a custom logo and 10 contracts or programs. It also throws in complimentary onboarding, which the two cheaper tiers don't include.

Leap tops the solo ladder at $69 a month. It removes the client cap entirely and adds a whitelabeled platform with your own custom domain. You also get unlimited contracts and programs and the same complimentary onboarding Growth gets. This is the plan for a coach running a personal brand who doesn't want Simply.Coach's name anywhere in the client experience.

Business, L&D and University Tiers Explained: CoCreate to Enterprise

The business ladder serves anyone managing more than one coach, and it's also where corporate L&D teams and university coaching programs land. There's no separately branded "university" pricing page. Institutional buyers work through the same four tiers as any coaching business, with Enterprise sitting at the top for the largest deployments.

Simply.Coach Business Tiers (August 2026, per coach, annual billing shown)
Tier Price Clients Per Coach Key Features
CoCreate $79/mo per coach Up to 10 1:1 & group coaching, coach finder, 3 journey templates, 1 onboarding session
Surge $159/mo per coach Up to 25 Whitelabeled platform, custom domain, program managers, 5 HRBP/sponsor seats, 5 templates
Optima (Recommended) $289/mo per coach Up to 50 Email whitelabeling, coach payouts, custom matching, NPS tracking, automated reports
Enterprise Custom pricing 50+ coaches SSO/SAML, SOC2 report, dedicated account manager, migration support, curated training

CoCreate is the entry point at $79 a month per active coach, billed annually for the listed rate. Each coach can carry up to 10 clients, with 3 journey templates and one onboarding session. It includes an internal coach finder on top of the standard 1:1 and group coaching tools. The solo tiers don't offer that finder at any price.

Surge runs $159 a month per coach and roughly doubles the client capacity to 25 per coach. It adds a whitelabeled platform with a custom domain, multiple calendar connections and recurring sessions, the same features Leap offers solo coaches. Surge also introduces program managers and HRBP or sponsor seats. That's where this stops looking like solo software with a team wrapper. It starts looking like actual program infrastructure.

Optima is the recommended business tier at $289 a month per coach. It pushes client capacity to 50 per coach and adds email whitelabeling, coach payouts, custom coach matching, NPS satisfaction tracking and automated custom reports. Program managers and sponsor seats go unlimited at this tier.

Enterprise is custom-priced and built for the largest deployments, the ones a university coaching program or a global L&D rollout actually needs. It adds custom coach profile pages, co-branded client portals and SSO and SAML authentication. It also includes a SOC2 compliance report, a dedicated account manager, migration support and curated coach training.

Simply.Coach recommends organizations running 50 or more coaches contact sales directly for volume pricing rather than working off the published Optima rate.

The 14-Day Free Trial: What's Included

Every solopreneur tier comes with the same 14-day trial, and it's a real trial, not a stripped-down demo. You get access to the calendar booking pages, survey forms and the client-facing side of the portal from day one. No credit card is required to start, which means the countdown clock is the only pressure, not a card you forgot to cancel.

What you can't fully test in 14 days is anything that depends on a real caseload building up over months. That includes Growth's recurring session automation running through a full quarter, or Leap's whitelabeled domain settling into a client's daily routine. But you can confirm the booking flow works the way your clients need it to.

You can also check that the contract and program templates fit how you actually structure engagements. That's usually the part coaches are most nervous about before switching platforms.

There's no published trial period on the business tiers beyond the same 14-day window, though a multi-coach rollout is a different kind of decision. Anyone evaluating CoCreate through Enterprise for a team or an institution should treat the trial differently. Use it to test one coach's workflow end to end, not as a full pilot of the whole program.

Cost-Per-Client Math: Solo vs. Business Tiers

The math changes completely once you compare cost per client instead of cost per tier. At Growth, $49 a month covers up to 30 individuals. Divide it out and that's about $1.63 per client per month if you're running the tier at full capacity.

At CoCreate, $79 a month per coach covers up to 10 clients. That works out to roughly $7.90 per client per month, nearly five times what Growth costs per head.

That gap isn't a pricing mistake. The business tiers carry costs the solo tiers were never built to absorb. Program managers, sponsor visibility, journey templates shared across a team and onboarding sessions for every new coach who joins all cost money.

A solo coach on Growth is buying calendar tools and a client cap. A company buying CoCreate is buying program infrastructure that happens to include coaching software, and infrastructure costs more per head by design.

It's worth contrasting this with a platform like CoachAccountable, covered in our separate comparison of CoachAccountable versus Simply.Coach. CoachAccountable prices by client count directly. The base rate runs around $20 a month for up to 2 clients, with roughly $4 added per client past 100.

Simply.Coach's solo tiers don't work that way at all. You're not paying per client. You're paying for a capacity band.

The per-client cost only becomes visible once you divide the flat fee by however many people you're actually coaching inside that cap.

That distinction matters when you're deciding which platform to compare pricing against. A coach who runs close to a tier's ceiling every month gets the best per-client value on Simply.Coach's solo ladder. A coach who's nowhere near the cap, coaching 4 people on a 30-client Growth plan, is paying for headroom they aren't using yet.

Solo tiers are matched by client cap: Starter up to 3, Essentials up to 7, Growth up to 30, Leap unlimited. Business tiers are matched by clients per coach: CoCreate up to 10, Surge up to 25, Optima up to 50. Enterprise covers 50 or more. This is a planning guide, not a quote.

Which Tier Should You Pick

Picking a tier comes down to where your practice actually sits today, not where you hope it lands in a year. A new solo coach just getting started should begin on Starter or Essentials. There's no reason to pay for 30 client slots when you have 3 active engagements and no history to prove the demand yet.

A growing solo practice with a real, steady caseload belongs on Growth. The $49 price point, the recommended tier for a reason, gives you room to add clients without hitting a wall every few months. You also get recurring sessions and multiple calendar connections that start mattering once your schedule gets complicated.

A solo coach building a personal brand, especially one selling under their own name or through an agency relationship, should go straight to Leap. Paying $20 more than Growth removes Simply.Coach's branding entirely and adds a custom domain. That's a small cost against what a whitelabeled client experience is worth to a premium coaching business.

A small coaching team should start at CoCreate. It's the cheapest entry point into the business ladder. 10 clients per coach is plenty for a team still working out its internal processes before scaling further.

A corporate L&D program or a mid-size coaching initiative fits Surge or Optima. Which one depends on how much reporting and coach-matching infrastructure the program actually needs. Optima's automated reporting and NPS tracking earn their higher price once a program has to prove its value to executives.

Those executives never sit in a coaching session themselves.

A university coaching program or any organization running 50 or more coaches should go straight to Enterprise and talk to sales. That's where SSO, a SOC2 report and a dedicated account manager stop being nice extras. They become requirements procurement will demand before signing off on anything.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Simply.Coach cost for a solo coach?

Simply.Coach's solopreneur tiers run from $9 a month on Starter, covering up to 3 individuals, to $69 a month on Leap. Leap removes the client cap entirely. Essentials sits at $29 a month for up to 7 individuals. Growth, the recommended tier, costs $49 a month for up to 30 individuals.

Every tier includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can test the booking pages and client portal before choosing.

Is there a separate Simply.Coach pricing tier for universities?

Not as its own named plan. University coaching programs and corporate L&D teams are served through the same business ladder as any coaching company, running CoCreate through Enterprise. Enterprise sits at the top of that ladder and is where large institutional deployments land.

It includes SSO and SAML authentication, a SOC2 compliance report and a dedicated account manager.

Simply.Coach recommends organizations with 50 or more coaches contact sales directly rather than pricing off the published Optima rate.

What's included in Simply.Coach's 14-day free trial?

The trial gives you full access to the calendar booking pages, survey forms and the client-facing portal. It requires no credit card to start. You can build out contract or program templates and run the actual booking flow your clients would use.

What it can't show you is how features tied to volume behave over time. Growth's recurring session automation or Leap's whitelabeled domain need real clients moving through them for months, not two weeks.
